Hi there, I’m Dolly Bhargava,
I completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Speech Pathology from the University of Sydney and a Master of Special Education from the University of Newcastle.
Midway through my career I realised my passion was in supporting children, adolescents and adults with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). So I started working extensively with individuals with EBD in a variety of settings such as family homes, childcare centres, schools, respite care, post school options, employment services and corrective services as part of my role as a NDIS Registered Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner and Speech Pathologist.
I have created this online course to equip parents, childcare staff, teachers, youth and allied health professionals with the knowledge, skills and tools to transform the lives of the individuals they support.
This online course is based on the practical wisdom I have gathered from working with individuals with EBD, their families and incredible staff over the last 25 years. I hope this course EDUCATES - EMPOWERS - ENABLES you to continue supporting the individual reach their full potential.
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR:

nkyou so much forsad a wonderful course.
Hi, I have been a teacher for 8 years at a high school. I’m continually trying to better my practice as a teacher and learn new strategies to support and engage all student’s in my classes. It was wonderful to do a course where I got resources that provided a range of practical strategies that I can use straightway with my students who have ADHD. Thankyou so much for a wonderful course.
you so much for a wonderful course.
"This course has made such a positive difference for our family. For the first time, I felt truly understood as a parent of a neurodivergent child. The way ADHD was explained — as a different way of thinking rather than a problem — was incredibly validating.
The strategies were practical and easy to use straight away. Adjusting the environment and supporting regulation has made everyday routines smoother — even homework time is now far easier and less stressful.
Our home feels calmer, transitions are easier, and our child is more confident and settled. This course helped us understand our child’s needs and build on their strengths. I’d highly recommend it to any parent wanting supportive, realistic guidance.

As a therapist, I found this course incredibly practical and neuroaffirming. The strategies are easy to implement and perfectly align with strengths-based Positive Behaviour Support. Families I work with have already noticed smoother routines and far less stress — even homework time is easier. I highly recommend this course to any allied health professional supporting neurodivergent children and adolescents.
